Submission Procedure

By following these procedures, it is hoped that all submission will be posted in as short a time as possible.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Squadron Information

Send an email to me that includes the following:

      Squadron name.

      Squadron country.

      Squadron designation (RFCxx, ESCxx, etc).

      A brief description of your squadron's philosophy.

      Your squadron's web site URL.

      Your squadron logo.

If your submission doesn't include a logo, I will visit your web site, copy it from their and include it in your listing.  Please note that the squadron logos will be resized to 40 pixels wide.  If there are any additional instructions pertaining to the squadron logo, please include them in email.  Once your squadron is listed, I'll let you know with an email.
 

Server Submission

Send me an email that includes the following:

      Server name.

      Server type (Melee, Team Melee/Target, Get the Baron, Other)

      Battle area (Flanders, Marne, etc.)
      Flight model (NFM, AFM)

      Planes allowed to bomb if applicable

      Squadron affiliation if applicable.

      Close (password required) or open (no password required)

      A brief description of your the game play on your server

      Your server's address

      The URL for you server's web site if applicable

You may also include a brief desscription of other rules and policies for your server.  Once your server is listed, I'll let you know with an email.
 

Personal Web Site

Send me an email that includes the following:

      Your name.  (You do not have to used your real name.)

      A brief description of your web site.

      Your web site URL.

The only criteria for your web site is that it has something to do with the WWI and/or the Red Baron game.  (Just about any association will do!)  Once your web site is listed, I'll let you know with an email.
 

 

Files

Send me an email that includes the following:

      File type (Terrain, paint, sound, utility, etc.)

      File name if applicable

      Listing type (see below)

      A brief description of your what your file does.

      Your file or web site URL.

If your file(s) are less than 2M, send them as attachments to your email.  If they are larger, please try to find a place on the Internet where you can post them temporarily where I can get them.  After download them and host them on WOV, you can delete them at your location.

 

If your file(s) require instructions or information that is more that can be handled by a brief listing on WOV, I can either host a full page for your submission or link to a page at some other location.  I will send you an email when your files have been posted.
